A sound experience or sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in sounds and vibrations produced by various instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and drums. These sounds aid relaxation, reduce stress, and promote healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. During a sound bath session, participants typically lie down or sit comfortably while the sound practitioner plays the instruments in a way that encourages deep relaxation and a sense of calm. The vibrations resonate with the body's energy centers, or chakras, helping to balance and restore overall well-being.

If you are looking to relax, meditate, or simply experience the soothing sounds, you are welcome to participate in a Sound Bath, they are inclusive practices that aim to promote relaxation and well-being for all participants.
It is advisable to check with the facilitator if you have any specific medical conditions or concerns before attending. However, if you are pregnant in the first trimester, have a pace maker, thrombosis or suffer with sound induced epilepsy these sessions would not be suitable for you.
If you have a metal plate or tinnitus then you may experience some discomfort.

Sound Baths are beneficial for promoting relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety, improving concentration and focus, enhancing creativity, fostering self-awareness, and aiding in a deeper meditative state. The vibrations and sounds produced during a Sound Bath session can help realign and balance energy within the body, and release trapped emotions, resulting in a sense of well-being and tranquility.
